Temporary Seasonal CSR - Customer Service Representative

Elite Systems, Inc. (cooling and heating) has an immediate opening for temporary/seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support day-to-day operations and is the initial point of contact for customers. We are locally owned since 2001 (based in Kuna, ID). Job Summary:

To be successful CSR you will need to be able to answer phones professionally, obtain customer information, book calls and address customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CSR will work with office team to solve the problem(s), to the customers satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous call center or busy multi-line phone scheduling experience
  • Self-starter, dependable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Present and communicate professionally (written and verbally)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Telephone etiquette and email communication too
  • Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department

Main Job Duties:

  • Take incoming calls
  • Scheduling calls
  • Utilization of Sera Software to schedule and track
  • Other duties as assigned
